[VTAS] Special note on meetings

To have a VTAS meeting, we need:

 

Access to the building/room,

Power,

Greg (or the key) to set up A/V,

Jeff (or another laptop) to play the shows,

And YOU. (or some of you)(more than Greg and Jeff)

 

So like last night, we still had our usual showing of Anime.

The schedule for each semester has us meeting 14 times (vote, 13 showings)

This fits nicely since shows are typically 13 or 26 episodes.

'Fun' would ensue if the schedule would need to be changed.

 

Typically VTAS are not cancelled.  I do not recall there being a missed
showing.

 

Due to the slowness of the list-serv, my reminders still have not been sent.
Sorry about that.
