Sorry for the flood of e-mails to the list.

 

1)       Updated the Library page (and policies page)

Now included is the Library Request form.  
Now you can come to the meeting with your request pre-filled out.

(this is the help those who make more complex requests)

Follow the examples and all should be good.

List future requests and things might be easier for all.

 

2)       Anime Fest & Technicon

The plan is to host both at the same time. (unavoidable conflicts)

The next plan is to have the same line-ups.  This way people can help and
not miss out on Fest shows.

What is needed are people to be schedule to be at Fest.

We also need some help with Technicon.  It is held at a Hotel off campus.
All that is needed is a single person at a time to keep an eye on things.  I
usually handle the bulk of the time, but I will need breaks and sleep.  Last
year I even had a toaster over there and an ice chest.  So you can bring
food and drinks.

SIGN-UPs will appear at the meetings.
